Academic staff
LHU is proud to have a team of young, dynamic, highly qualified, and dedicated lecturers. Many of them hold Master’s and Doctoral degrees from leading universities both in Vietnam and abroad. In addition to its core group of experienced full-time lecturers, the University regularly invites distinguished visiting professors and experts from prestigious institutions to enrich its teaching and research environment.
LHU’s academic staff have played a crucial role in the University’s overall development and achievements, contributing significantly to the enhancement of educational quality and institutional reputation.
To further improve its teaching standards, the University’s leadership has continuously invested in faculty development. Every year, numerous lecturers are sent abroad to pursue advanced degrees or participate in refresher and professional training courses in developed countries.
Currently, LHU employs over 600 staff members, including more than 500 teaching faculty. Over one-third of the faculty hold Doctoral degrees, while the majority of the remaining lecturers possess specialized Master's degrees. Many are also pursuing postgraduate studies, reflecting LHU’s strong culture of continuous professional growth and academic excellence.
