LHU's Faculty of IT Attends "Spring Exchange 2025 – Connecting & Developing with the VECOMNET Network"

FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, LAC HONG UNIVERSITY ATTENDS "SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 – CONNECTING & DEVELOPING WITH THE VECOMNET NETWORK"

On February 21, 2025, the Spring Exchange 2025 program, organized by the VecomNet Liaison Committee, was successfully held in Ho Chi Minh City. The event saw a large turnout of members from the Southern network, VECOM Executive Committee members, and numerous businesses operating in the field of E-commerce.

Notably, the leadership of the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) at Lac Hong University was honored to be invited to the event to share and discuss new technology trends, training orientations, and development strategies for IT human resources, contributing to the future growth of Vietnam's E-commerce sector.

Opportunities for Connection and Learning

The "Spring Exchange 2025" event was an opportunity for universities, experts, and businesses in the E-commerce field to meet, discuss, and share:

• New technology trends: From applications of AI, Big Data to Blockchain, all participants expressed a desire for collaborative research and development to meet market demands.

• Practical experience: Valuable lessons on operating E-commerce businesses, building data management systems, and enhancing customer experience were openly exchanged.

• Strategic orientation: Plans for collaboration between schools and businesses to improve the quality of training and create internship and job opportunities for IT and E-commerce students.

Promoting Sustainable Cooperation

During the exchange, the Faculty of IT at Lac Hong University and businesses within the VecomNet Network discussed many potential cooperation projects, ranging from scientific research to organizing specialized seminars. As a result:

• Students will have more opportunities to access a real-world working environment.

• Businesses will gain access to high-quality human resources aligned with market needs.

• The university will continuously improve and update its training programs to meet international integration trends.
