Lac Hong University launched its "DNAI" AI Assistant, a digital transformation tool for the Science and Technology sector, effectively implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW.
"DNAI" AI Assistant: A Technological Embodiment of Resolutions and Action Plans
The "DNAI" AI assistant is a practical innovation that realizes four major strategic documents on developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. In line with the "breakthrough" spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, DNAI uses artificial intelligence—a foundational technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution—directly in state management activities to improve administrative efficiency and transparency.
The product also effectively implements Resolution 71/NQ-CP by fully digitizing public administration, promoting the use of open data, and applying AI in governance. It replaces outdated software with a new, intelligent, flexible, and real-time updated platform. The creation and deployment of DNAI are specific actions that embody Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Plan 433-KH/TU, clearly demonstrating the connection model between the university, the state, and businesses. This fosters a local innovation ecosystem where a real-world problem from the Department of Science and Technology leads to a product directly developed by lecturers and students, closely linking research and application.
Simultaneously, DNAI contributes to the implementation of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee's Plan 92/KH-UBND by serving as a smart virtual assistant. It helps officials look up procedures, coordinate work, and create transparent KPI reports, which gradually builds a modern, efficient, and transparent digital government. As a "real product that provides real value," DNAI not only proves its technological capabilities but also confirms its ability to put the policies of the Party, Government, and Provincial Party Committee into practice, effectively connecting all parties in the innovation ecosystem.
Applying Modern AI Technology to State Management
"DNAI" is the result of a collaboration between Lac Hong University and the Department of Science and Technology, with the support of the Provincial Informatics Association and other technology companies. The product integrates machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and Big Data Analytics.
DNAI can quickly look up administrative procedures, policies, and legal documents; analyze Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files; process image information like forms and data tables; and track user logs to create real-time performance reports.
Dr. Huynh Cao Tuan, a lecturer from the Faculty of Information Technology and the project's technical lead, stated, "DNAI is not just a chatbot that answers questions. It's a multi-tasking virtual assistant that precisely serves the administrative management needs in the science and technology sector."
Affirming an Effective Collaborative Model
Mr. Ta Quang Truong, Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, emphasized, "DNAI is proof of the effectiveness of the three-way model: the State, the University, and Businesses, which is in line with the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW. Based on real management needs, Lac Hong University implemented it systematically, professionally, and effectively."
Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of Lac Hong University, affirmed, "Linking training to practice and research to application is how Lac Hong's students and lecturers create true value. We are proud to contribute to the digital transformation of Dong Nai."
A Model to Replicate
The event attracted interest from representatives of universities, state management agencies, research organizations, and businesses. Many attendees considered this an effective model that should be expanded to other fields, such as natural resources, environment, public administration, and smart cities.
Connecting Technology, Policy, and People
The creation of DNAI is a story of collaboration between the university and the local community, and between training and societal needs. Complex administrative data and processes in the science and technology sector are now handled intelligently, intuitively, and in a user-friendly manner.
DNAI proves the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW: developing science and technology that originates from and serves real-world needs. In the journey to implement national digital transformation resolutions, Lac Hong University affirms its pioneering role in shaping a digital future for Dong Nai and the entire country.
