[FAIE: Economic Law] Legal Support and Young Enterprises: A New Step Forward from Lac Hong University

The Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Legal Support Center under Lac Hong University recently held a members’ meeting, spreading enthusiasm and commitment toward supporting the young business community. The meeting took place in a dynamic atmosphere, focusing on reviewing implemented activities and proposing promising new directions. Each contribution from members reflected dedication and a strong desire to strengthen and develop the Center further.

Mr. Nguyễn Duy Khương – Vice President of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association – expressed his expectations for the Center to participate more actively in the Association’s programs. He suggested organizing more seminars where knowledge and experience can be openly shared. In particular, he emphasized the importance of building a strong team of legal experts, strengthening collaboration with the Provincial Bar Association, and establishing regular meetings to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of activities.

Mr. Trần Quang Huấn – Executive Committee Member of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association – shared thoughtful insights on building a solid foundation for the Center. According to him, trust can only be cultivated when the Center clearly defines its noble mission, steadfast operational principles, and distinctive core values. He also proposed connecting with the Corporate Legal Club under the Bien Hoa Young Entrepreneurs Chapter to expand cooperation and develop resources collectively.

Mr. Phạm Đình Đức – Head of the Bien Hoa Legal Consultancy Center – emphasized clarifying the Center’s guiding principles through clearly defined functions and responsibilities. He highlighted the need to establish close cooperation with the Bar Association and to assign responsibilities to each member based on their professional expertise.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Ry – Specialist at the Bien Hoa Legal Consultancy Center – proposed practical solutions to enhance the Center’s online reputation by investing in high-quality fanpage content, including valuable posts and informative videos. He also suggested organizing seminars where young entrepreneurs can directly receive legal consultations and have their concerns addressed.

Ms. Trương Thị Thanh Hằng – Assistant to the Director of Chinh Nam Company – stressed the importance of building a professional image for the Center by investing in quality publications and considering the development of a dedicated website. She also proposed proactively “delivering value” to the business community by providing updated legal information and key considerations tailored to different business types and localities. Notably, she recommended publicly sharing information about the advisory team, including areas of expertise, processing procedures, and response timelines to enhance transparency and trust.

The meeting gave me deeper insights into the crucial role of legal support in business development and helped me clearly understand the Center’s noble mission of providing free support to the young entrepreneur community. I was truly impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm of the Center’s members in building a strong and supportive community. I believe that with clear directions and unity, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Legal Support Center will become a solid pillar, empowering the entrepreneurial dreams of the younger generation.
