From August 15-17 in 2025, students from the Faculty of Information Technology at Lac Hong University participated in a special "GoBuy Content Creation Hands-on Training" course. The event was held at the headquarters of GoBuy Vietnam Co., Ltd. This 3-day practical training helped students gain direct access to the latest skills and tools in e-commerce, especially the short-video sales model on the TikTok Shop platform.

The course was designed with 5 key practical modules:
Overview of Digital Content and Short-video Trends: Helping students understand the role of video in modern e-commerce and grasp the shift from "shopping with existing needs" to "creating needs with content."
Scripting, Filming, and Production: Training creative scriptwriting skills and practicing how to film and produce videos that are both natural and optimized for product features.
TikTok Algorithm Optimization: Understanding the content distribution mechanism and effectively utilizing the "first 3 seconds" to retain viewers and increase conversion rates.
Personal Branding: Developing a unique style to stand out in a fiercely competitive environment.
Team Management and Channel Development: Practicing teamwork skills and building long-term strategies to expand channels and grow the community.

Throughout the course, students not only absorbed theoretical knowledge but also directly practiced filming, editing, and presenting their videos in front of GoBuy lecturers and experts. The initial test products proved effective, achieving high viewer retention rates due to logical script structures and creative ideas.

The course provided IT students with a comprehensive view of next-generation e-commerce, where short videos become a strategic sales tool. It was also an opportunity for students to hone their skills in applying technology, creating content, and digital business, while exploring entrepreneurship opportunities in affiliate marketing and personal channel development.
