    Training Session on “Supporting Women’s Entrepreneurship for the 2017–2025 Period” in Tan Phu District.

    In the context of international integration and economic development, the role of women in promoting a nation’s sustainable development cannot be overlooked. In Dong Nai Province, Project 939 – “Supporting Women’s Entrepreneurship for the 2017–2025 Period” has been implemented with the objective of creating favorable conditions for women to engage in production, business activities, cooperative groups, and cooperatives. Specifically, the Dong Nai Provincial Women’s Union organized training sessions for 11 districts in the province. Recently, on 15 September 2023, the first session was held in Tan Phu District for 50 women entrepreneurs, production facility owners, and female members of cooperative groups and cooperatives in Tan Phu District, Dong Nai Province. Lac Hong University was honored to have PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of QT-KTQT – serve as the trainer for the participants in the program.

    Objectives of the Training:

    This specialized training aims to provide knowledge, skills, and opportunities to enhance women’s entrepreneurial capacity in Dong Nai. The program pursues the important objective of promoting economic and social development by supporting women in establishing and developing businesses, cooperative groups, and cooperatives.

    Training Content:

    Development of management skills: The training focuses on providing knowledge in business management, finance, and marketing for women entrepreneurs. This helps them build a solid foundation for business success.

    Facilitating financial access: The session includes discussions on funding sources, loans, and financial support opportunities to help women entrepreneurs sustainably develop their businesses.

    Cooperation and cooperative groups: The training promotes awareness of the importance of cooperation and cooperative groups in business. Participants explore how to establish and manage cooperative and cooperative group projects to optimize business success.

    Work allocation and shared responsibilities: The training emphasizes the distribution of tasks and responsibilities within cooperatives and cooperative groups to optimize efficiency and sustainability.

    Expected Benefits:

    Enhancing women’s economic independence: Women will have opportunities to generate stable income and improve their families’ living standards.

    Promoting Dong Nai’s economic development: The development of women-led businesses will contribute to the overall development of Dong Nai Province.

    Conclusion:

    The specialized training program “Supporting Women’s Entrepreneurship for the 2017–2025 Period” is an important step in creating favorable conditions for women to engage in business activities and contribute to the development of Dong Nai. It is hoped that through this training, women’s entrepreneurial initiatives will be further promoted, contributing to the sustainable development of the province.
